I think it's completely random. I managed to get 40% late last year and used it to buy an LG fridge, but then early this year the best I got was 15% so let that one expire… :)

Now in the past you have been able to sign up numerous accounts using different email addresses.
Obviously the wheel has mostly 5%,10% and 20% to win and it will only have 1 60%.
But as the claim time is quite long (to the 31st of Jan) it means if you time it right with a decent voucher you can get a real bargain.
Early this year I got a 40% off voucher, I used this on an LG G2 65 which brought the price down to $2100 which is cheaper than any retail store has had the tv even when they ran the models out.

30% is getting a bit line ball purchasing off LG. LG pricing normally has close to the current RRP the major retailers have (talking tvs here). But they don't match or lower their prices when you have for example JB's having 20% off their tvs sale. So really you could for example stock up when you can purchase JB or TGG gift cards at 10-15% off, then wait for them to have their tv deals (either a flat % off or their frequent purchase with a sound bar to receive 15% off) If you can time this right you really end up about that 30% off anyway.
