Is there any way to verify or make sure that the transfer covers off everything when moving iphone to iphone?
I also had a screen at the end of it asking to format the older phone so it's ready to sell off etc. but wasn't too sure if it properly completed so skipped thru that.. it did say transfer completed but i still worry some files might not move over etc.
I've leveraged all photos offloaded to icloud and it seems mostly moved over but the capacity used on the older iphone says about 69GB used and the new iphone is sitting approx 30..
also is there a way to get that ready to sell iphone screen back or process to follow? like unlunk it and other stuff?
What data are you concerned hasn’t transferred?
I usually just check all the stuff that’s important to me manually.
If I can’t remember/find it at the time of transfer and its missing- it probably wasn’t that important to me.
(My opinion anyway)
And for what its worth, the difference in storage could be things like your apple music library (or what ever choice of music app) hasn’t downloaded the songs etc.
