      Never got an email saying they were shipped but I checked the order and there was a shipping number.
      No updates on the shipping number but they arrived yesterday to my address in Perth

    Hey guys I have just received my Shokz's delivery (ordered on the 11-Nov) from StarTrack (requires a signature). I also did not receive any email regarding it has been shipped.

        Same, order arrived but there was no shipping details sent. Looks like they are just pumping the orders out and not bothering with the paperwork.

    Ordered 10th. Nothing received but if checking the order confirmation email, there's a "view my order" button - that links to a page with a tracking number now (but no updates yet)

      I got my openswim on 15th, ordered on 12-Nov, for my order I can do track and trace by manually copy-pasting the "Northline Tracking Number" on the order details into Startrack track and trace webpage:

      Their "Northline" link track and trace is not the right one, hope it helps! :)

    Ordered two openrun pro 11 Nov.
    Checked the tracking and got "Not Found" message.
    Frustrating since the promise is delivery withinb2 to 3 days.

      @R2D2O4-Tacuz If you have already created an account at Shokz.com.au then you can log in and see whether your order has been fulfilled/shipped. If not, then create an account using the same email address and you could see the status of your order there.

    Just got mine and they seem cool but one thing that does surprise me is they still seem to operate like speakers. No open holes/perforations I can see but you can hear them easily enough if you just have them sitting on the desk etc.
    I'd been lead to believe with bone conduction this wasn't the case which does make me wonder how bone conducty these things actually are..
    Oh and don't expect any base at all haha. Otherwise they seem like they'll be comfy over a long period

      Well sound is just vibration, bone conduction just means the vibration is conducted to inner ear via bones of the skull. Now, if you just cover your ears with your finger, and if the sound feels louder, it's bone conduction.

      By the way, the OpenRun Pro model features low frequency enhancement.

    Thanks, OP. I have a pair of the basic Shokz I use for running paired with my Garmin Fenix which I'm happy with, and I've just taken lap swimming back up again so something to help pass the time in the pool is appreciated. Fortunately, being old I'v'e converted the entirety of our CDs to FLAC so I've got plenty to download to it.

    Argh ordered 2 pairs OpenRun Pro, only received 1 and they dragging their feet over the other parcel. Going to get the CC to cancel half the transaction if they don't respond.
