having used it for years, Google Ads is no longer worth it unless search is literally the only way to get in front of customers. ROI is so poor, support non-existent even if you spend 100K+ p.a. and even if you do get hold of someone (not local) in support, they are just trained to get you to spend more. Incredible amount of bugs as well - accounts getting halted/taken down for all sorts of reasons that take weeks to resolve (incorrectly getting flagged for copyright issues for example). CPC has gone up like crazy each year for most sectors.
