What to Run on a Spare Desktop?

Hey All,

I have I5 (7th Gen) desktop (one of the refurbished ones from OzBargain) and I am running Home Assistant on Windows 10 (Hyper V), however, seems like the desktop is a bit underutilized.

Any suggestions on what can be run on the machine? I am not a torrent or media download person. However, was thinking of running offline LLM model AI. Any suggestions on what you guys are running on your desktop/Raspberry Pi. The software on the windows platform is preferred… :)
