I just received this e-mail from Singapore Airlines mentioning that Kris+ is coming to Australia!!

If you make payment at 1 participating partner, you earn 1,500 bonus KF miles but if you make payment at 2+ partners before 31 December, you earn an easy 2,500 bonus miles (plus another additional 750 miles using the code above.)

      Email doesn't mention having to use the code above to be eligible. Email also states 'limited to first 2,000 users with eligible payments'. So even after downloading the app before 20 Nov, you may not be eligible.

      No, this is Singapore Airlines payment processor app. E.g. you pay by using the app to scan a QR code in-store, like ShopBack Pay etc

      Benefit being you earn KrisPay miles on purchases, which you can transfer to KrisFlyer miles or keep them in the Kris+ app to spend on purchases. The former is way more profitable if you plan on doing flight redemptions (just make sure transfer them to KrisFlyer miles immediately or they'll be stuck in the Kris+ app)

    Shane that its only limited to first 2000 users who make a payment post 20 Nov. That's a really low number. With the measly amount of miles on offer Singapore Airlines could have done way better.

    Signed up with referral, but it says you have to transfer from KrisFlyer to get the bonus. I transferred 1 point and still can’t see any bonus. Also seems you can’t transfer back to KrisFlyer from KrisPay. Confusing system

      That's only for the extra bonus 750 points, the offer by the OP is about purchases which get you 1500 or 2500 points.

        The redemption email states "once transferred, your KrisPay miles are valid for 6 months from the date of top-up and cannot be transferred back to your KrisFlyer main account".

        Hopefully the 750 referral bonus may be able to be transferred to KrisFlyer points? But I cant work out how to do that. All I can see is that you can only transfer Kris Pay miles to KrisFlyer points within 7 days of earning them.

    Hang on… the bonus is for KrisPay miles and not KrisFlyer miles? The OP says "KF miles" but is this not the case?

    Are they the same thing, as one of the posts above can't transfer thme back?

    this has to be the most convoluted app ever, got a 1500 point bonus due to who i am - but seriously point expire after xx time - if you transfer points from SQ - you cant sent them back, layer upon layer of functions in the app, how may stores in AU? and what do you buy - signed Jaded

      Krisflyer sucks, it expires in 36 month with no way to extend it.

      Qantas and Virgin got 18 month and 24 month respectively, but any activity will extend the expiry of all the points. Krisflyer is a hard 36 month expiry, so unless you are a hardcore SQ flyer or have SQ credit cards etc and can generate enough miles within the 36 month for a decent redemption, its useless.

        This doesn't seem to be correct - You can't transfer K+ miles you can only transfer your Kris miles in to K+

        EDIT: Miles that you have transferred in from Kris Flyer, and the bonus miles don't seem to have any option available to transfer back out. The detailed terms say that you can transfer "Earned KrisPay" within 7 days however that does not seem to apply to the bonus so not much use for me.

    I just earned 3x KP miles per dollar by spending at a participating partner. The process is basically a QR code payment like WePay, AliPay etc. You can choose to pay entirely with real dollars from your linked Apple Pay / Android Pay wallet or you can choose to pay with your KP miles and any shortfalls coming out of your linked wallet.

    Once the payment is made you are given the option to transfer the KP miles you just earned to KF. You can also do it later but it must be done within 7 days of purchase (there is a button to transfer KP to KF when you view the transaction in the transaction history). It doesn't look like you can transfer the 750 referral miles so I guess this can only be used to offset future purchases

    KrisPay miles awarded for a Successful Referral can only be used within the Kris+ App and cannot
    be transferred into any KrisFlyer account. Such KrisPay miles are also non-transferable to other
    Kris+ accounts and cannot be exchanged for cash. The KrisPay miles awarded are valid for a period
    of six (6) months from the date in which they are credited into the Participant and New Kris+
    User’s Kris+ accounts, following which they shall expire and no extensions will be permitted.
