There was a couple stores still showing In-Stock in SA when I checked earlier today.
Managed to grab 3 at my local earlier in the week, should sort me out for the last bulbs I needed to replace. Thanks OW!SA is showing none now for both fittings
I still prefer LIFX to these, having owned both versions a few years ago. Though if I had a family who wasn't tech savvy I'd probably get these.
I’m the opposite. I started off with LIFX and got sick of the downtime and waiting/hoping for things to react. Also sick of being growled at by superior half.
Moved to Hue and even the parents/in-laws have learned to control lights, via Hue dimmer switches. Hue has proven basically infallible for me, in combo with Apple Home.
If Hue could go as bright or dim as low as lifx I would prefer them.
Agreed, brightness was a big bugbear for Hue until the 1100 Lumen bulbs came out.
Can’t say I noticed a difference in minimum brightness, but that may simply be because I was pleasantly surprised with the delta in reliability.
Not saying you’re wrong, just that it didn’t work for me. This was years ago too, maybe the LIFX tech has improved not sure

Closest one is a 70km drive away. Probably not worth the fuel and time.
Amazing! I've needed an extra 2 bulbs for my house and have been on the fence about spending nearly $90 for one bulb - this is a steal and I managed to get the last one at my local Officeworks! Woop woop!
