The Cube Tablet arrived without a sticky screen protector but had one on the back, this tablet looks used. There is a scratch towards the middle of the screen which shows as a small black line on all images. Also messages came up saying "Format SD card and "Damaged Storage - storage damaged, you may have to reformat it" There's no SD card in there of course. The sale has not completed and I have 2 days 6 hrs before I have to file a dispute or they release the payment to the seller. There is some Chinese holiday on at the moment, and my messages to the seller have not been answered. I have not confirmed receipt because it says only to do that when you are satisfied with the goods.
When I had a look at the dispute form it wants me to confirm receipt which I don't want to do because that will release payment to the seller.
Any advise would be welcome. Thanks.
well, don't waste the time. Send an email to the seller with photos & description and open a dispute ASAP. This will at least lock the payment. Some of the stores provide return free shipping as well.
I have been dealing with AliExpress for 2-3 months and didn't face any problem.
