There's often curly rules with gift cards and cashbacks, but now that CR are selling GCs I'm wondering if it counts as a "Qualifying Purchase" since it does result "in cashback to the Referred Customer".

They been selling GC for a while now. It is now you can get it via the app.
No harm asking your referral just to get GC, sign up from a different IP address than you etc
