I used to order a lot online from TheHut. However the last 2 orders I placed in excess of AUD 100 each, they had charged me straightway through my PayPal. After few days they kept sending emails that some items are soldout and will not be shipped so they won't be charging for them. As they had charged the total upfront I was expecting to see a refund which never happened for past 4 months. I ended up receiving half the items I ordered. For the rest I just received an email and never a refund. So it ended up very expensive to order from them. That was the last order I placed with them and completely stopped after that. Before that I was very happy with their price and quality. That's why I kept ordering from them. Not again. Has anybody else have the same experience with them? If so how did you get it sorted out from them?
