It's just a neg. I think it's important for people to be able to see negs quickly. Particularly when there's hundreds of comments.

I saw the neg and looked why and saw the cheaper price. If I hadn't I might have jumped on this one instead!

If you think that you should neg every OzB deal that eventually is not the cheapest then you've got a lot of negging to do.
To neg someone's deal is a bit of an insult, @cloudie9 could have posted the message without the neg vote and achieved the same outcome,
letting OzBer's know that a newer cheaper deal has come along.
I think it’s fine given what we know now, which is more important I feel than what was published at the time of the post. Not like it was personally directed at the OP or anything.
The neg may encourage people to look at the comments and find a better price available to them. It is a pretty significant saving on the other post.

Beware ppl there’s a guy on here (cactus or sth) that rates the Zmi No. 20 above this… he seems to know his stuff so I went with his recommendation. The Zmi was $140 too on sale
