    Please do not wear this regularly, unless you're strictly told so by a doctor.

    It may relieve back pain while you wear it, but your back will get used to the support and actually get weaker, leaving you worse off long term.

    Thanks OP bought one for work. I have been doing a lot of physical labour since the work experience boy left nobody else has been reloading the printer or vacuuming around the office.
