You could maybe try this code. Their system is pretty basic, it wouldn’t surprise me.

Why? Bikes have no license requirements.
You can't penalize people for something they have no education or training for.
Drivers have to pass license tests which is why they should face fines and penalties when they ignore the training they've had.
So you want a 6 year old who rides a bike to have to compulsory take out insurance, meanwhile car insurance is not mandatory?
I'd join if they covered scooters and EUCs.
