EDIT: the pack of 12 in listing is interesting since the back of the pack says about 8 servings per container and each serving is 2 ropes = ~16 ropes each
So you either get lucky and get 12 x 9oz pack or get not as lucky and get a free 1 x 9oz pack by asking for refund.
It's a win-win for me. Either I get 12x 9oz of candy for $5.20, or else I get 1x 9oz of candy for free after I get my refund

I ordered 3 units and it came today. Only received 1 pack for each, rather than the 12 (36 total) that I should have gotten. Messaged Amazon and got a full refund so got 3 packs for free
I was offered a refund or they said they would re-send so I'm having mine re-sent. They assured me I'd get 12 this time, if not I'll contact them again for the refund.
Damn I didn't get the offer for a resend. If you ever do get the option then always take the resend. You'll get the same quantity as you did last time, and then a full refund too, so double win 😉

Reviews and weight in product specs are pointing to the fact that you'll only receive 1x 9oz packet. Should be able to get a refund without returning the item, but will need to contact CS
