I just did this on Sunday. Bought from DJ on sale a couple weeks ago. I confirmed it with customer service online, and also when I went in store they confirmed they can change 1/2 size. I was open and honest about buying from DJ and they had no problem. They actually didn’t have the shoe I wanted in stock, so they did an exchange and my new shoes arrived in the post direct from the factory 3 days later.
The RRP is a joke on these nowadays.
Just wondering if anyone knows if these can be swapped at an RM store for 1/2 size up or down just like with theiconic? I'm asking because they don't have my size in stock.
