Best Bang-for-Buck USB HDD for < $150

I have the standard issue OzB home server (i.e. a Lenovo refurb mini PC) that runs a Plex server, with a 1TB portable HDD as the storage. This was mainly used for the occasional show and movie here and there, but the weirdest thing has started happening over the last few months. As every man and his dog has started a streaming subscription and simultaneously jacked up the prices, I've found that more and more space has been getting taken up on the hard drive ;).

So I'm after an upgrade. $150 is just an approx limit; obviously cheaper is fine, but I'd also pay a little more for a good deal. I think 4TB would be the minimum I'd be after to avoid being in this spot again within the next year, but obviously more is better. Transfer speeds don't need to be crazy, just fast enough to keep up with 4K streaming. I have seen this deal, which seems ok for the money but I still feel like there could be a more economical deal out there (maybe buy an internal HDD + enclosure?).

I'll shop around the deals tonight, but if anyone has already come across one in their travels, I'd love to hear it.
