    Not sure what to do. My order changed to preparing for shipment on Saturday and the funds were debited from my savings account ($24.11) however when I click on tracking it states 'we will email you when available' Has anyone else experienced a similar issue?

      Mine was delivered today…. I left work before it arrived, so have to wait until tomorrow to pick it up.

          Leave it, don’t contact them. They’ve been overloaded with orders and delivery dates are changing without notice. They have so much parcels they’re starting to use AusPost to ease the pressure off Flex drivers. Just wait…

      I'm also having the same problem. Mine is still "Preparing for Shipment" and when I go to track the package it says "We will email you when we have an estimated delivery date.". I will wait a bit longer before trying to contact amazon.

    Received my order this afternoon.

    Glad I'm not a collector. It arrived with the Amazon label just stuck on the box! Can't complain for the price though.
