I’ve got a Blackmagic 6K and this is one of the options. Not the best option, but if the SSD fills up or craps itself it’s handy to have a CF or SD in there too.

Doesnt' the BMPCC6k take CFast, not CompactFlash?
edit: whoops, CFexpress TypeB, not CFast.
edit2: CFast (+SD) on Pro model, CFExpress on the newer non-Pro. Confusing!
blackmagic 6K uses cFast, it is dfferent from compactflash. it looks squarish and similar in size, but is a different type of card.

Well there you go. I assumed it was CF but admittedly I haven’t looked into it, just run with an SSD and backup SD combo.

Useful for old iPod conversion that requires true IDE mode, otherwise Cameras could go with SD -> CF converter route for better VFM

It's an older code sir, but it checks out

Any deals on cassette tapes?

I've got some reel-to-reel tape available.

I haven't used a CF card since my old Sony Alpha / Minolta days.
Is this format still used in cameras?
