i was wondering who brought amaysims starter pack and choose PAYG plans but get email saying get charge…activate $30 starter sim and got new number on PAYG plans and got told on email " $20 will be charged to nominated account".
weeks ago i also have other number and same thing happen, chat with them and got told to disregard it because of system error. Talking with them right now about new number on PAYG plans and seems so slow with the service…
