Hiding Expired Deals

Is there any way to filter out expired deals?
These simply take up unusable space and make the site more unreadbale.

If you go to the Deals listing, there is a setting button where you can check the box to not show expired deals.

Go to Deals

Click the settings button located near the top right hand side of the page. It looks like a gear.

A menu will appear. Click the Do not show expired deals checkbox.

Click the Save Preferences button.

That's it.

  Oddly, when you click on that "settings" it actually bring up "preferences" but when you click on "settings" under My Account, it brings up "edit/account settings".
  
  Maybe I'm alone here, but two things in two places both called settings is a tad on the confusing side.

i did that and i am still seeing expired deals
