          This refers to the length of the jacket and not the cut of the suits. The suits are all a tapered cut, which equates to a Euro cut in Van Heusen.

        According to your size guide, isn't that REG or ST mean length of trouser(The only chart with REG or ST)? If it is jacket's, can I know how long REG would be?

          Aesthetically, they are very similar styles. These are the newer versions though. I would suggest going for a new colour if you want to mix it up a little.

      Unless their policy has changed, they pay for return postage as well. But easiest way is to go to somewhere like Myer which just has racks and racks of suits and try on different sizes to get an idea of shoulder width and whether you need short or regular.

      Pierre Cardin and Van Heusen sizing is identical. The difference between these two suits is that the Pierre Cardin suits are a tapered (Euro) cut and the VH suit you purchased is a slim cut.

      They are both dapper options!

        The van one I bought has this weird look at the shoulders when I raise my arms up.. Is this how it's supposed to look?
        Fit perfectly but I have to go get the shoulders fixed, that or try to get a refund still got a few more days

    I'm curious why the suit sizes are set. When I buy mine from brick and mortar retailers I select the trousers that fit and the jacket that fits and thats my suit. Like someone else has already posted above, I too have a large chest so buying a suit with trousers that fit means the jacket is too small.

    And for anyone wondering about sizing, there are plenty of retailers that sell this suit, go try them out at Myers / DJ's and then you will know which size you are

    Keen on this deal but need some assistance with sizing if possible :(
    I have a Calvin Klein shirt which I bought in the US which is 16.5 (is this arm length?) and 34-35 slim fit stretch. It fits very well.
    I also have CK pants which are sized 36*30, also from the USA.

    Any ideas which combination (if any) would fit my size?

      Suit sizes run differently to shirt sizing. I would suggest that you measure both your chest and waist for the most accurate fit. If you go to the following link, it shows you how to measure yourself: www.themensshop.com.au/fit-guide

      Our PC suit sizes are based on jacket measurements (in centimeters).

      Hope that this makes sense!

      Inches. 36 * 2.54 = 91.44. So a 92 would be the closest size.
