Trampoline Spring Pad Replacement- Poles Goes through The Cover. Any Ideas?

Hi all,

Just bought a used Vuly trampoline. Plan was to buy a new rainbow or pink pad from ebay, whack it on for a xmas present.

Problem is Vuly have holes where the poles go through the padding. All the replacement padding assumes the poles are on the outside.

Vuly genuine replacements are just the original gross green colour (blue if you flip it I think). She has asked Santa for a pink one!!

I'm worried if we simply cut out the holes, it will create a weak point that will just tear the moment someone steps on it.

Anyone know where to get padding with poles holes?

Practise words "sorry love" and "no" or " no can do".
Unless of course you are rolling in money, and I'm sure there's a googled solution out there waiting for a phone call to happen. Also the coloured ebay options are likely to crap themselves way quicker, by way of UV breakdown or poor workmanship.

    • Bought a second hand trampoline…so not exactly rolling in it.

Any advice on covers to go for? The Ebay ones look like ripstop Nylon? Vs the usual Vinyl?

P.S. thought about painting the old one… Might crack ..don't know. Could always flip it

Pretty sure custom made is your only option.
        Big $ AFAIK
Painting would be a messy short term PIA.
Some things don't exist or are impractical. Kids need to know it and hear it from the parents.

PS: Please don't blame Santa, he's a bee's dick away from throwing in the towel already.

    • Even the Vuly ones eventually have their colour fade. The material still seems durable, however.

  • Pink paint and make it a family fun day
