        Aw man, I ordered this last week. Where can I get a compatible pole without ending up paying too much for something I'll never use?

          I'd look at a blank fishing pole (specifically for use off a boat, as they tend to be more stumpy/stout). Might not pack down as small, but they often come in two sections.
