nytimes didnt mention weatherman or blunt umbrellas… dunno how considering weatherman is the favourite on the pg tour, it should have at least got a mention.

    • @CowFrogHorse "nytimes didn't mention weatherman or blunt umbrellas… dunno how considering weatherman is the favourite on the pg tour, it should have at least got a mention."

Not being narky here, but the product being describe is a small 'travel' umbrella that you would stick in your handbag / man-bag or just toss under the front seat of your car. I doubt weather you would bother with carrying it around with you on the PG tours… that's what those bloody big golf umbrella are for, as well as blocking out your fellow spectators' view. ;)

      • Weatherman offer many umbrella styles and sizes including travel size. I only mentioned that their golf umbrellas are a pga favourite, that doesnt mean they only make large golf size umbrellas

Whenever I catch a train there is a 50/50 chance I'll leave my umbrella behind on it. Should really stick an AirTag to it…

      • @choofa, "Need a new one each month…"

Nah mate, just look under the seats of your car… just recovered five (5) of them…

      You mean, always?

    • Right in time for our Sydney rainy weather also, although a life raft bonus might be helpful up here for our torrential rain right now :)

Anyone know how wide this actually is? Wanting a golf-style very wide umbrella but can’t seem to see on the page

    • From a review; Light and compact umbrella that works well and keeps the rain away. Only thing is that its a bit small so if you carry a backpack it won’t be covered by the umbrella

    • +1

It's pretty small. It does the job though. It'll keep your dry enough but probably not your backpack like Rooney is saying from the review. Definitely better than no umbrella though. Bigger the umbrella, the less likely you will bring it along. You can just put it inside your bag or whatever just in case. Haven't had to test it in the wind yet.

    • Aliexpress has a ton of wide umbrella's. you could possibly check there.

  • Hahaha only bought one umbrella before

  • deal finished? cannot add to cart

  • Seems like it's out of stock now.
