Providing Receipt in PDF or JPG Format from Email

Hi, I took advantage of the upsized cashback being offered during the Black Friday Sales and it seems to have been "overlooked".

To claim missing Cashback I need to submit a claim and attach the receipt as a PDF or JPG. The problem is that the receipt is not sent in that format- it's all just in an email not as an attachment.

I'm a little technologically challenged and can't for the life of me figure out how to send it as a PDF or JPG as when I save it to my files it is as a TXT file and I cannot seem to convert it.

Any idea how to do this on a Mac? Thanks in advance!

  Can’t you just take a screenshot or snip (or Mac equivalent) of the email?

  No unfortunately Cashrewards doesn't allow you to take a screenshot for missing cashback. Clearly states must be PDF or JPG file.

    Print email to pdf file.

  Command+Shift+5
  and then Capture

  Gets you a Select Area as a Screenshot

  You can open it in Safari and export it as a *.pdf

  OP given tech limitations recommend you download the apps on a mobile/tablet and do all future purchases via app. Should ensure you don’t missclick when using a pc or use a pop up blocker or something else that will cause you to miss cash back
