Need advice or start discussion on ad blocking. Used to use free versions of adBlock and blockbear but not working anymore whilst certainly updated.

Maybe try reinstalling your adblockers? Not sure how (or why) they would just stop working altogether unless something broke (In which case reinstalling should fix that)
I use Brave Browser and their built-in ad-blocker, haven't had an issue with ads for a while; the only downside is that their blockers (trackers and ads) can interfere with cashback tracking, but I I just use Chrome with everything turned off only when I buy something through ShopBack/Cashrewards/TopCashBack (etc)
If you’re using google chrome, you’re just getting a taste of the future. Actually, you might be part of an A/B experiment to test it out?

I've been using UBlock Origin for over 10 years ever since the Adblock Plus controversy and it has been flawless.
I'm also a happy user of ublock origin

There is a solution for everything.
And there are moderators banning people who speak the truth if it goes against their secret commissions!Firefox browser on my phone with ublock origin, haven't seen an ad in a long time on any site.

Experiencing same (occasionally) with adblock plus on some FFox sites Same sites seem OK on Chrome.
Pi Hole and Brave or Firefox with an ad blocker. I don’t use Chrome in its Google release state.
I have it on good word that they are still working fine on pornhub.
