Interested to know if any one has purchased refurbished cameras directly from Eufy.
Been keen to try a basic 2 camera setup, and looks like they have some heavy discounts, but wary of the quality as they grade them from A to C. Anyone purchased these and can give info on the quality?

Is yours refurbed? I have four from new and haven't had this issue; with two out in the rain. Not to discount your experience, i'm just cursious.
refurbished by Eufy from their store. The obvious place water could get in with a bad seal is the top button which seems like a bit of a design flaw for something that needs to be waterproof, if seal is damaged or doesn't exist water gets in. I tried putting electrical tape over once, but the sun baked it off before the next rain, it misted up as usual, so that test for water ingress point was inconclusive
I had 2x outdoor 2C Pro cams that got dripped on when it rains so I bought these and problem solved

They're supposed to be waterproof but mine gets water in it each time it rains, this results in the lens being all misted and not being able to see anything, the motion sensor still works. It has a permanent haze to it now. I figure maybe when they open to refurb mine didnt' get properly sealed when reassembled. Can't speak about warranty as I haven't bothered trying to get it replaced. I don't remember how their ratings work, but if there is an A- , that would be the grade I bought
