Dang been waiting for another sale on these but it hasn’t dipped under $700 like I thought it would based on past deals

No rush here. HODL for sub $700.

You are dreaming…. Do you even know what an Anova Oven is?

Well its a free country, you can wait all you want.

Don't have to be condescending. I ordered from this deal for a family member. Should have bought 1 for myself then. So yes, I can wait all I want. I don't need this oven right this minute.

            @m9: Your last deal….

This was posted 1 year 5 months 29 days ago 🤣🤣🤣

One can argue if $1169 justify but that is reality now, and you expect a 40% off? Goodluck…..

May be you should look at the cuisinart gourmet pro as that one easily fit in your $700 criteria.

@syswong: No one is forcing you to wait either. Both my Anova and Inkbird sous vide sticks are working fine and my Breville Smart Oven Pro is refusing to die. So yes I am happy to buy it at that price and if not, so be it. Not going to lose sleep over it.

        • Wow. This truly must be the Gucci handbag of ovens. Impressive.

          • @Woolyjumbuck: Not exactly, if you look at what Miele charge for their steam over, this one is nothing.

Anova vs Miele is more like Oroton vs LV 🤣🤣

They increased the regular price from $939 to $1169 in the last 18 months? https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/704787

  • Been getting ads for the cuisinart gourmet pro recently and had me thinking about these again. Probably would bite if this was the same price as previous deals.

I've owned one for a about 16 months now. Payed around $680.

If your sitting on the fence, i would say its totally worth $820. Apart from some minor software bugs and pretty slow operating app, its been a fantastic appliance that get used almost every day in my house. Its replaced our large Smeg oven which now only gets used when we have guests over and need larger oven space.

      • Cannot agree more. one of the best ovens out there. got one 18 or so months ago and haven't looked back. I got this one after the Breville smart oven pro(nothing smart about it). Poor build in oven never gets used

  • The power specs on website says '1800 W / 120 V'.

Do they send out an Australian version?

When you add to cart, make sure it says "Plug Type: AU Plug (220V)" and you should be safe

Has anyone baked bread with steam in this oven?

    • Yep, it's worked really well. Of all the kitchen gadgets I've owned, this is by far the most used - can't remember the last time I used my actual oven.

  • Sorry I have to ask OP —
    1. Why is the deal expired? It seems active still, right?
    2. Don't you mean USD$818.99 (a far cry from AUD) which is the listed price on website?

    • Its 818.99 AUD

and yes the deal is still on……
