amaysim Tax Invoice for TRS

Has anyone purchased Amayim prepaid phones and claimed TRS? Their invoice is not clear so wanted to find if they are OK?

  you must:
  get a valid paper tax invoice in English with:
  your name (and only your name) as it appears in your passport if the invoice is $1,000 or more
  a description of the goods that allows us to match the goods to the invoice
  the retailer's name, address and ABN (ACNs and ARNs not accepted)
  the amount of GST or WET paid (or total price including GST)
  the date of purchase

    thanks mate. their invoice does not have a name only the device details, Gst component and ABN.

              @Jaff: Speak to them again and tell them what the ATO rules are for providing tax invoices.

              Sales of $1,000 or more
              Tax invoices for sales of $1,000 or more also need to show the buyer's identity or ABN.
              If your tax invoices meet the requirements for sales of $1,000 or more, you can also use them for sales of lesser amounts.

              You can probably escalate with the TIO or ATO if they do not comply.

  at the online chat, ask for a TRS invoice.
  They will email a tax invoice to you within 24-48 hours.
