Its still 250g though. Kiwi, and a bunch of eco credentials so it has a juicy smug filling.

Just go Aldi choceur dark chocolate for slightly less

Not sure how this is a special. Inflated price. $3.5 should be the normal price for these

    Half price or bust

Their new candy cane 250g blocks are even cheaper $4.80 @ Coles

Christ how much is it normally?

    Bring back Jelly Tip! :(

  • I was in Woolies yesterday and noticed that NONE of the 49g candy bar sized chocolates were on sale. I feel like this has more to do with the cocoa shortage than price gouging though.

    It's rubbish and it's $5.50.

    • It's really good, from NZ

Next you'll be telling us Darrel Lea's is nice.

        • I don't think so, you can try and let us know. I recently discovered this one and I liked it. I normally buy for kids and it don't matter for them what brand but I enjoyed it lol

Hah I took a photo of their advertising shelf the other day which was set up amusing
"Darrell Lea - Makes it better since 1927"
And on the immediate next shelf
          "Now 100% Palm Oil free"
…soooo you've been putting palm oil in since 1927? 🤢

        • I don't know what arse tastes like but I'm sure Darrel Lea chocolate is close in comparison.

You're cooked. It's arguably the best chocolate on the supermarket shelf.

      • Chocolate is a personal taste, but some people do have no taste :-)

I'd be going for the Aldi Chocuer if we had an Aldi. I reckon even the home brand stuff from Belgium is better than Whittaker's.

Tbf it's the same price per 100g as the Cadbury, which is also on special for $4 at Coles and is, to me at least, better tasting than Cadbury.

    • Better than Cadbury
