To refer others, you need to complete KYC by uploading ID document after login under My Account tab. I didn't see transaction limit to refer others on website. But may be do a min of $100 transaction before referring others.

Don't use FIRSTFREE promo code if you want refer a friend bonus.
Customer support didn't send me bonus as they claim referee shouldn't use any other promotion code if they want refer a friend bonus.

  I did use the referral promo, got $30 while signing up and $75 referring it to my friend
  Exchange rates are not that good, also you have to pay transaction fee for each transfer, need to transfer minimum $300
