PC not booting all of a sudden, and all I get is blinking orange lights, 2 orange then 1 orange.
I've tried googling the error code and looked on the manual but can't seem to find the error code listed.
Anyone know?
Machine has been running solid these past 11 months but just died today :( (hopefully its not dead)
I took the nvme drive out and plugged it into my other pc and boots fine so its not the ssd.

It might be a bad PSU.
Can you get into the bios at all?
I've seen a bunch of optiplexes randomly going from Storage: AHCI to Storage: RAID U der the bios options. which makes the bios unable to access the storage to properly boot. Change it back to AHCI and it just works again
Take the CMOS battery out and resit it, should work..
Depends on the led if its blinking orange it might be the PC was not powered up for a period of time.
do a CMOS reset (RTC reset) first and see how it goes.
procedure:
Start the RTC reset with the system powered off and connected to AC power. Press and hold the power button for 20 seconds. The system RTC Reset occurs after you release the power button.

I've contacted them on ebay and they've asked me to send it back, lets see how warranty goes.
Reseat the RAM.
Contrary to how most error codes present, I find 95% of the time those units are perfectly happy after having RAM reseated. Many times it's given a "Dead motherboard" error code flash and reseating ram has made it go away.
In case you're not familiar, reseating is to take the RAM out and reinsert.

It's a ram issue. Just reseat the ram or try booting it with single stick if there are 2
