How u can make it duplex scanning from the software?
It tells you when to flip the sides over to scan the second pass, and automatically sequences the pages correctly in the scanned file.
I assume the Brother scanning software has a feature but if not just uploaded a link to a video in the post that uses a pdf software.

Good on you, also consider that printing has settings so the high the settings, the less pages you print.
I'm still enjoying my Brother HL-4150CDN, I had to print a complete series (around 3,000 pages) of a magazine in colour print and I had the freedom to choose the right paper at the right price.
If I had that job done by Officeworks, I would have spent a lot of money!

Your print jobs would use up pretty much all the toner….
(The cartridges that come with it are only good for 1,0000 pages)

More like 25 cents per sheet according to the Brother website
Curious to know if the new range and still take non-genuine toners
I was thinking that. I'm no expert but I assume by the time the original toners are finished the non genuine suppliers will have figured it out. Also might be worth checking if the toners are the same model numbers as the older printer models?
I did some research on these a few days ago to replace my aging 9340CDW.
Only the L8390CDW has duplex scanning (L8395CDW overseas).
There isn't a direct replacement in Australia for the L3770CDW yet. Overseas they have the L3780CDW however.
Might just be a case of waiting a bit longer for it to be released here.
I got the L3745 from last deal and I cannot find any option on iprint software for 2 side scanning. Am I missing something.
It's in the paper port software.
