started to get in to graphic novels and looking to get in to comic books, but i cant seem to find a cheap website for them, is there a site that sells them for cheap eg couple dollar comics with postage and graphic novels between $5-$15 each ?

I used to get my comics directly from marvel in the US. with our dollar so high, it costs a lot less than buying them from shops here. from memory, I think it cost me a few dollars per book which included delivery.

and are you looking for individual monthly issues of comics or are you after trades which are a collection of monthly issue that normally contains a specific run within a story?
i live in sydney, looking for trade issues i guess and graphic novels eg hash,watchmen,arkham asylum so far ive just been buying them off fishpond but just wandering if theres a place thats cheaper
The Cheapest Place to Buy trades in sydney (if not the whole of Australia) is Kinokuniya in the Galleries Victoria in townhall
It gets a really good discount from Diamond (the distributor)so alot of times you actually pay less than rrp for stuff (members also get a discount)
They have a really good range and the people in the comic section are quite good at recommending to which runs are worth reading
I honestly dont know if you can get titles at 5-15 bucks but for most times I wouldnt bother with online sites… postage basically kills it for books (most of the time from overseas mainly US/Canada) unless its a really hard to find/out of print title
I know that elisabeth bookplace store sell some second hand trades but I find they are really expensive and sometimes more than new ones
btw, have you read sandman? it one of my favourites
if kino is still too pricey for you, the maybe try www.booko.com.au and sell if theres somewhere cheaper
I'm sure you've checked, but I buy lots of my new comics off eBay sellers.
a good place i found was the book depository usually cheap and free shipping
Do you want to just read it online/download (eg PDF version) or an actual comic book in your hand to read/collect?
