I've been using my gas oonni pizza oven for over a year now and relatively experienced with bread baking before.
Honestly, i keep mine around 400-430c otherwise it just burns too fast for me. You actually need to be quite adept to hit the higher temps
Slightly cheaper than Amazon who are selling for 429.95, but there are very few reviews of this unit online. I wouldn't trust the single 5-star Amazon review as far as I could throw it. Anyone have one?

I'm amazed this could get to 450C being electric & without a door on the front, be interested to see how long it takes to get to temp & how much heat it retains after cooking a pizza

Interesting to see how long it takes to get above 400'c where the magic of these happens. Max of 450 might be a concern if its the maximum rated and can it get near that at all. Gas ones easily handle the higher temps for reference.
