  Short of SIM hopping every 28/30 days between Boost cashback offers and Lebara starter packs for $4, the Amaysim T&T plan you've linked to is about as cheap as it gets. (Dodo used to have a $5 per month plan with unlimited calls, but it's long-since increased in price.)

  Yep that's the one, but buy a discounted prepaid SIM from Woolies when they go on sale.
  The Indicated Value of that SIM will be deducted from the total owing so you can get the price down considerably.
  ie buy a $40 SIM for $18 (by jumping in your time machine and snagging this expired deal), activate it and then convert to the Tallk and Text Only and pay only $20 extra
