  I was looking at this only a couple of days ago and I'm pretty sure it was only listed for $55 - $56, via Amazon AU.

  I instead bought Jausx dock.

  Edit: Google search shows the price I saw a few days ago, at AUD$55.98.

  Any reason these docks wouldn't work with a laptop? This seems like a decent deal for the specs of this dock (particularly given how hard it is to find a decent deal for 4k 60Hz)

    If you can bend the connecting cable to fit a port on your laptop it should work. It is very short.

    There are a heap of cheaper ones that are not specifically marketed as ‘steam deck’ compatible- unless your thinking was get 1 to use for both

  This looks like it'd work the way I was planning to DIY a mount for my macbook air m1 (raised in air, screen at eye height, small fan under only on top half).

  Is the idea here that it plugs into a ~100w USB source, and then another cable into the device? (Coz otherwise - why/where is the 100w coming from?)

  Any spec dimensions &/or same model name to google to find dimensions? Or any kind soul wanna shoot me some?
