    since when were they able to manufacture aftermarket iphone 5 cables the lightning csble has a proprietary chip inside

    all the chinese sellers have it on pre order with no confirmation they can even copy it

      The new connector is the same reason new docks aren't available yet but if anyone can copy the authentication chip and get away with it then it'll come from china.

      Who knows the people that knock it off may end up suing apple for infringing their design thanks to china's screwed up patent laws.

          actually if you scroll down and see JDRs link to the illuminated cable, this is proof that the chip has been "hacked" already

          if you think about it, the chips are manufactured in asia and not in house by apple so it was only a matter of time before a 3rd party unit was made

    the cables have the IC chip that allowed data sync aswell as charging.
    at this stage we are expecting the cables to arrive before the end of the month for an early november delivery.
    adelaide purchasers will have the option to pick up their products on arrive.

    we are a new company and we want to get out name out there, our focus is customer service.
    if at any time you change your mind or find a better deal, you can always cancel your preorder for a refund (unless it has already shipped).

    note: yes these are aftermarket cables and not original apple cables.

      How do you know this? Have you tested a sample cable?

        we have been in constant communication with our supplier that does the testing,
        we have already had a batch of the non chipped cables that sold out within a day.
        our supplier is very reliable but of course we will test the cables before shipping them out.

    1). What guarantee that the cases are really leather?
    2). Perhaps you should wait until you actually have stock before selling the cables.

      hi A3, that is a very good point

      1 - there is no genuine tag to prove that the cases are leather of course you can try the case and if you dont like it for any reason you can return it within 14 days.

      2 -anyone that would like to wait to order when the stock is in, tested and available is welcome to do so. the reason for the preorder sale is that we are a new company and the more orders we can get the stronger our buying power becomes with the supplier meaning that we will have better deals for you guys for longer.

    Everything I've read indicates that the lightning cables are still a couple of months away and I think that's even for ones that will only charge.

      if you would like to wait for stock to be available before you order, you can follow us on facebook and we will announce when the cables are available.

      i would recommend you preorder because
      1- you will be guaranteed stock when it comes in
      2- you can cancel anytime for any reason unless we have already shipped

      i would appreciate if you dont advertise your products under our bargain,
      from what i can see your products are shipped from hong kong via economy so they can take anywhere from 2-4 weeks to deliver.

      our cases will be shipped locally and will generally arrive next day to metro cities.
