      I find it a lot better… 100% when ordered it is crispy… whereas KFC it is hit and miss if you get it crispy or not. Some KFC stores are better than others.

    Never claimed a code from RR before. It seems to be loading for like 20 minutes now without going anywhere?

    What did I do wrong?

    red rooster delivery is horrible. Placed an order through their website a few weeks ago, order ended up being cancelled 1 hour past the due delivery time.
    Had to send 4 emails and wait 2 weeks for a refund, terrible customer service . 0/5 . Will not order from them again.

    had it first time yesterday arvo, chicken wasn't bad, pieces are on a smaller side compared to KFC.
    but RR app is terrible, you still need to click the link from the SMS to get an order code.

      Stuff the app, use the website. Ive never had an issue, even on phone. I iven go through the cashrewards website every time and get cashback (RR one of the few franchises that do cash back).

    Red Rooster deals are not better value than KFC. 6 pieces for $12 is $2 a piece. Their other vouchers are also confusing, some are for delivery only while others are in store only and while you are in store, you still have to put the order online, pay for it then go to the counter to pick up your order. Read carefully which deal is for which otherwise trying to find the closest store and then misreading the voucher rules can be time consuming. Who said fast food is fast?
