    • It's a bundle deal for a number of games. Pick your price point and pick which games you want to buy.

people are just trying to get bargains in peace here mate. Plenty of space on the forum for political horsesh1t.

Best comment this week. Dont you just love it when trying save a dollar and another penny pincher has to jump in and tell us how they wouldnt give 5c to Murdoch or whoever? Who TF cares and do they think we will then see their POV of whoever they are grandstanding about. All I want is a bargain and advice about that particular product/service. It drives me nuts!! Thanks seamonkey

Cheers man. Yeah it's getting so old now. The community is evolving into one long Twitter shitpost. Need to remind each other that we are penny pinching for our families. I'll call it out now when I see it or they can boot me off permanently. Us oldies - wow, it was just a lovefest 5-10 years ago. Take care 🙂

  • Anyone know if any are compatible with Oculus Rift (and by extension WMR)?

    • +1

      Speaking of which:

"We will start deleting old Oculus accounts on 1 January 2024 to ensure that we aren't keeping account data longer than necessary. If you don't create a Meta account by then, your Oculus data (including apps, content and games) will be deleted."

      (profanity) FACEBOOK TO THE MOON!!!

    • I don't know if there's an AU equivalent pricing index site, because some discounts and bundles require you to login to see them on the AU store.

      Only a handful (around 200) Rift/Quest games are cross-compatible.

The meta website is entirely useless for searches like this, use VRDB instead.

https://vrdb.app/quest/index_eu.html?filter=Cross-Buy+Apps&m… Which gives you ~100 titles out of 200 (there's a lot of shovelware VR games, especially Go / GearVR / Link / Rift titles.)

https://vrdb.app/quest/deals/deals_eu.html will show if the Rift/Quest deal is better, but again, AU store isn't listed so some deals won't exist.

https://vrdb.app/quest/index_eu.html?filter=On+Sale+Now+%2B+… will show games that might be cheaper.

Anything with a discount from 5-25%, just wait until the sale is over, and use a referral code for 25%.

  • Ragnarok is good fun for a rhythm game, especially if you ever wanted to play drums and like rock/punk/metal.

  • Talking about games and the q3 which daughter is getting at Xmas.
I noticed it now can connect to Xbox ultimate cloud is this any game on ultimate or just the cloud ones, being I own a Xbox one I used to have ultimate and cloud was play right away and otter’s downloaded to play. It explained earlier this year.

My question is I will be setting up for myself the Xbox x and son will get my old Xbox one, he already has switch with a fair bit of games and daughter getting a q3.

I’m lead to believe I can set up with my account if I was to get ultimate on the sons Xbox one and my Xbox x and can I do same with daughters q3.
Can daughter be set up using the same account as well.
I believe but I maybe wrong on this account only one person at a time can play the games is this correct while sharing the ultimate game pass.

    • Belated, but xCloud is limited to the Account that has XGP/XGPU. Most games should be available in xCloud, saves and progress should be synced.

If you understand Game Pass Sharing, the Home Xbox can share with other local accounts. So… the Q3 headset uses the xCloud primary/main account in VR, while the Home Xbox can use local accounts to give you online co-op. in the same game.

This should work, but you may need to sign out of the main account on the home xbox to use the same game in both accounts without buying a second copy, or 'sharing' a GamePass game title.

You'd also need a second controller with BT, or what someone else managed to do, use a Dualshock or Dualsense as their xCloud controller.

Power/battery use might be an issue, as the Q3 needs 10-15w which may need a wall socket or battery pack with USB-C PD with 9v2A or 12v1.5A

(FWIU, 15w/18w rated power packs switch into 5v or 9v. which might not stay above 80%)
