How is the seller? is it trust worthy?
Haven't done much research and would like to get some from people who purchased from this seller.

Everyone who reads these watch bargains has bought from Starbuy. Purchase with confidence.

      • yea i just find it weird that every watch coming from starbuy doesnt come with a physical booklet or warranty card.. every other video on youtube featuring the same exact watch does… so what figures?

i'm all up for unnecessary wastage. but saying that seiko, citizen doesnt print physical copies anymore doesnt justify what other retailers are distributing their watches with.

        • +3

All the watches I've bought from them have had the warranty card included.

For the booklets, that is normal because Citizen and often Seiko don't include booklets or manuals any more, they provide them online.

        • +1

all watches from seiko and citizen are coming with digital warranty. They are transitioning to digital.

        Er, not everyone.

My order was not delivered and Starbuy/Deepak did not much to help. They never provided a refund. I had previously bought from them many times.

So if your order gets lost or stolen along the way, you are on your own.

    • ive bought so many from them Deepak is really good. Buy with confidence.
Easily have bought over 20 watches.

I echo the comments of others. My last order from Starbuy was Monday night and the watch arrived on Wednesday, well-packed and with the warranty card already filled in.

I can also confirm that the last three watches I've bought from Citizen and Seiko only came with digital documentation.

    • Starbuy is fine! Can recommend.

This one is divers who like to party.

Or if you need an emergency break glass device.

  • ive found 'divers' to be the biggest & insecure (profanity) of all…ymmv!

    • +1

Because people judging others choices and style online are notoriously secure… lol.

      • +1

no i meant actual 'divers'…not the watches!

        • why are divers like that? don't think I've ever met one

  • really nice, but having special straps means you cant use standard 22mm straps.

  • stainless bracelet , or std rubber strap, I'd buy it, but this has a custom band that will be expensive to replace. Yes I wear a watch for diving.

    • Honest question: in your experience do straps deteriorate quickly when exposed to salt water? Does one material last longer than another, etc?

      • Haven't noticed any significate difference in deterioration in any of my diving watch straps (Rubber or Nylon NATO). As with all diving gear - check it before you go diving.

salt and water isn’t the issue for me, i leave my Solar watches near window as i have few and don’t wear same watch daily , it’s UV and general age that makes them brittle eventually… i have eco drive that has been going for over 20 years but it has staninless band

  • @rosebank I spoke too soon, but because Christmas is coming up, I'm poor.

Can I guarantee you will fill my stocking this Christmas? 🥰

    • no because you're annoying

      • That's not what your father says..

Go suck on another expensive cigar.

  • Case Thickness 18.2mm

    Thats one chunky watch
