      I don’t know why I thought it would of been better on the main deals page so people that have high school kids interested in development could do it over Xmas break

    Maybe because it's always free. I seem to remember something about that from the rules, must be limited and not ongoing or free vs being normally a paid product. I'd assume it's something to do with that anyway.
