In London for the first time, is there anything specific that I can buy here that is not available in Australia? Or is anything cheaper here compared to Australia? AFAIK, electronics and clothes are almost the same price in both places.

Way more deals in the UK. Hotukdeals is great, but a bit different from ozbargain, i.e. scoring is an average of +/-
Cashbacks used to be bigger there than Australia. Employer benefits are generally better, as in access to discounted supermarket vouchers etc.
Not products, but if you plan to see any shows, check out todaytix. Can get some pretty decent prices through there vs the box office.
Most other things are pretty much the same price. The only thing there that’s mostly cheaper is alcohol. You can bring up to 2.5L in your luggage per adult.
Friends of mine that live in the uk buy apple products here because it’s more expensive there, but that’s all they’ve really highlighted as being a big difference.
Been to Primark?
Unfortunately it’s just not what it used to be, it’s become expensive.
There’s still some good finds in there, and I would recommend going to at least see. But when you compare it to kmart, back in the day primark was 1/3 of the price of Kmart, now it’s the same or more.
Sad to hear that, one of the few chains with no outlets down here. H&M too was much more appealing when it was only in Europe.
