This year I synced all my PSN trophies to Steam, so I ended up with over 1000 achievements unlocked and only minimal game played time.

I didn't realise you could sync the two. Does it also work the other way around (Steam to PSN)?
Given that you can use SAM (I think it still works?) to bulk-unlock (and even re-lock) Steam achievements, I doubt it.
How exactly does one do this? Or is it just using SAM to make the appearance of this?
Yeah, it's just SAM. I went through all the games I had on both platforms and since I play more on PS5/PS4, I just updated all the Steam Achievements to match the ones I platinumed

Collecting games you'll never play is now the real game, and I'm levelling up nicely every week.

I was expecting to see Wallpaper Engine dominate but I guess it didn't register since I often didn't have Steam running in the background.
I see it only shows percentages, not hours
My statistics are borked because I run IdleMaster about once a month to harvest trading cards and sell back for a small profits that I reinvest in more games during sales (occasionally I will turn a few into badges). There is an extension for Chrome that expedites the selling of multiple trading cards.

Slow year for me. Also my most played game was Oblivion ….unmodded, roast me. All is not lost though, I played some Metroidvania bangers like Ori and Blasphemous a good bit too so there's that.
Depends how patient you are - modding can be a bit painful. Maybe you just wanted to play the game.
Epic gives us games.

Lol got the same…. surprisingly nothing played 633 games.
For the second year in a row, Final Fantasy XIV is my top most played game at 47%.
Kind of sad actually haha, I stopped playing it in June.
Aaaaaand 83% of game time goes to….Baldur's Gate 3!
Control, tomb raider, stray and sleeping dogs were over 70% of my time.
Honestly thought I'd played Muse Dash more than those but guess not.
