      I'd say look up some kind of a recommendation/guide as to what suits you for the way you sleep plus your body size, I've bought the high firm and medium before, both are very high and firm for me. Ended up settling with medium profile & soft feel.

      I go medium profile as I I like to build my pillow height ratio up myself using multiple, not a fan of using one big high pillow. That’s just me though. It really depends on you personally (:

    I don't know what they are like now, but they used to be great years ago. The last one I bought from them was so small and so flat compared to the one before. I haven't bought from them since. I buy from TLC latex pillows, esp when they have sales. Much better quality.

        they have many heights and softness ratings. I love the soft one (soft but very supportive), but many like the firmer ones. I also have the larger soft one as well….a little firmer than the slightly smaller one, but still soft and supportive and they seem to be wearing very well). I find the original Dunlop ones start crumbling after a certain amount of time, which is annoying, but I guess that is the fact they are rubber based.

            @Tbargain12: the bigger size in the soft is definitely more like a soft/medium due to being a bit thicker than their normal one

    Anyone who buys these at full price are chumps. Just rotate between Myer, DJ, Harris Scarfe and some of these online stores, one of them will have them on sale.

    That said… solid pillows.

    Surprised they are still allowed to say 10 year warranty. I contacted them after 5 years and apparently massive chunks of foam falling out is normal wear. So what does it cover then?

      that is not right. I've been using these extact pillows for 15+ yrs. I've never had any chunks fall out.

      I've owned 3 of these in total. 2 of them lasted 10 yrs and i managed to even hand wash it. no chunks.

      i threw them out after 10 yrs and replaced them..

      my 3rd one now is 5 yrs old.

      i will say though. i noticed the quality of the ones i purchased 15 yrs ago seemed more solid. that said. the 3rd one is 5 yrs old and still going strong so no complaints.

    Nooo I am too late!

    I've been using the medium profile - firm feel for 15 years now.

    it's the only pillow i swear by. The firm feel one is usually $100 (it costs more than the medium and soft feels)

    I've purchased a couple alternatives for extra pillows and none as good. been waiting for a deal to buy extra ones!!!
