Bought a microSD card from them over a month ago after numerous emails asking where the item is they reply to me with this.

its now been another month and yet still no item

    In my experience Shopping square are extremely slow with postage. I waited weeks for my SD card, but it did eventually turn up. Some batteries I ordered took at least 6 weeks to arrive also. They do deliver, but buy elsewhere if you want items in a reasonable time frame.

      For the price they charge for delivery I'd expect Danilochan to grab the item out of the warehouse, helicopter to the airport, charter a Private jet fly to your city, hire a Limousine and deliver it by hand on the same day you process payment!
      It's not like they're charging bargain basement Shipping rates!

    i wouldn't close the dispute until you actually receive the items

    payments by credit card do have some advantages over paypal. you can do a chargeback for up to six months in certain circumstances.

    • Agreed… you don't want to lose that protection.
      12 September is over a month ago now, so clearly it's been lost in the post.
      Confirm your address and let them know that you will close the dispute when a replacement item arrives.

      • i made a dispute 2 weeks ago and they said they sent another item

    • i upped it up to a claim and they are trying to email me waivers

  • Yes, please don't close the dispute before you've received the item. You only get one crack at it.

    I logged case with Fair Trade NSW and SS told them that they are refunding my money, ETA given was 5-8 days its been way more than that and they keep closing my ticket without answering. FTNSW is investigating and i am going to launch complaint with Consumer and trade tribunal now.

    I would suggest that all people like me who are effected should raise case with Fair Trade and combine all logged case so we have a solid case against this seller who are scamming buyers and ripping money. I am sure every single one of us work hard to earn every cent.

    they sent it in an untracked envelope

    so if they lose it, its your loss
