    Very true. Almost lost a thumb but it was from being too casual. Good to trim small branches. Keep the other hand away because these kick back.

  Bought one of these a while back to use with my Makita batteries, works excellent for trimming branches, constantly check the batteries charge as these tools will drain a ruin the batteries (the under-volt shutdown is contained within Makita tools, not the batteries and these cheap tools don't shut down when the battery is under voltage)
