Lenovo Tab P11 SD Videos in Netflix and Prime

Hi all
I have bought a Lenovo Tab P11 pro last year (Global version) and I have recently noticed that my Netflix and Prime only playing SD videos. all the apps are up to date. Please help

    Able to install the Australian Version software.

    Search Ozbargain. Previous threads suggest changing the country code.
