Muscle Diets are a meal delivery company similar to MyMuscleChef, Thr1ve, YouFoodz. Pretty plain packing, limited selection of meals, but might be worthwhile to try for 40% off if you haven't already. They do have the option to select regular (300g) or large (400g) meals. Large is $1 extra.

Code is H23 not HM23. edit. Mods now fixed

Referral link applied for me. 10 big meals for $50 delivered (plus 2 extra I guess from the code), see how they go

  • Where are these made?

    • In a commercial kitchen

Gave them a crack also, as above stated, $5 for dinner is around the same I'd do at home but without the hassle of cooking.

Tried these from a similar deal last time, overall pretty impressed with them. Most meals were about a 7-8/10, with only about 2-3 disappointing ones out of the 12.

Had mine delivered recently from the last deal. Good value.

  • Piss poor vegie range but ordered to try. They are really dependent on chicken for most recipes without much variety otherwise.

  • Got 10 meals for 49.95 with coupon code + referral. Let's see how they go.

  • Does the status show complete, even if it hasnt shipped yet?

    • Mine still says Processing. But my shipment date is schedule for 2nd Jan

      • yea sent them an email. It says 'complete' for the past few days and I am supposed to get them today but haven't heard from them and no tracking updates.

  • Whats the expiry daye usually on these?

    • Usually about a week

    • My last lot were all around 12 days. Froze most of them anyway

I'm noticing substantial differences between the nutritional info on the website and what comes on the product, listed macros per 100g bring up to 20g wrong

  • Meals are decent

But annoyed that my delivery for 27/12 had all meals expiring on 31/12 or 01/01

    I order 12 meals.

Wouldn't order from them again as I don't know if the short date on their meals is because of Christmas or their usual operations.

  • Had to enter all my details only to find out they don't deliver to my address. This is after I checked the page that said my postcode is in their delivery area.
So now I get the fun of unsubscribing and hoping they haven't passed on my details resulting in another wave of spam. Lovely.

Thanks OP snagged 20 meals for $89 delivered

  • Reasonably happy with meals but wouldn't order again due to the plastic and lack of veggie options. Finding the plastic very annoying 3 meals in plus it looks like it'll explode in the microwave

I share the same sentiment. I'm relatively impressed with the ingredients - seems to be actual whole foods. Though the bulk of the meal is just rice/cheap carb. I'm also pretty skeptical about the Macro nutrient information - I feel the protein amount is exaggerated.

The black plastic tray gets worrying soft during heatup lol. It's basically just decent airplane food.

Okay so my initial impressions: wow. I'm very impressed with the quality of the meals both taste wise but also ingredients wise. I can definitely tell they're a bit more fresh compared to the big boys like YouFoodz and MyMuscleChef.

So far I've had 4 meals and they've all been great. My only gripe is the short expiry date (I got mine in the 2nd and they expire on the 9th) but that's okay cuz you can freeze them and the short life span means it's probably filled with less crap.

So far so good for me. I might continue with them after my initial run.

Tried these in their last deal. They're terrible. Bland and just full of carbs. The rice is rarely ever cooked right too.

  • for people who find others bit too strong/salty, it's pretty good.
