Why do we even need to dilute them in a bottle? Would just make sense to add a much smaller amount.
Probably busts up whatever piece of clothing it lands on in concentrate
Don't think you do, just use a third. But thats less than a teaspoon for a full wash, and some people have trouble with the idea that such a small amount can make a difference.
Obtainable anywhere else?

That's a real bargain. It's equivalent to the 2L bottle which is normally 3 times the price even on sale.
I'm still making sense of the liquid laundry cleaners (I've always used soap powders) but it seems like this is how they were sold originally, in a concentrated form. But people had trouble seeing the value in it or something, so they started diluting it with water until it was the same dosage as soaps. Huuuuge waste of resources.
